1. General Agreement

By booking any service with Globetrot Travel Services LLC (“Globetrotflights.com”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. All email correspondence, including prices and terms, forms a part of your contractual agreement with us once a booking is confirmed.

2. Responsibilities and Obligations

  • Customer Due Diligence:
    Customers are required to thoroughly review all emails and booking details prior to confirmation. Discrepancies or misunderstandings must be addressed before making any payment.
  • Property and Personal Belongings:
    You are responsible for all personal belongings and valuables. Globetrotflights.com and its affiliates are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of belongings left in vehicles, hotels, or other venues.

3. Identification and Check-in Policy

  • Government-Required Identification:
    In compliance with U.S. government regulations, all travelers (Americans and Foreign Nationals) must provide valid photo identification at check-in:
    • Passport and Visa (if applicable)
    • Current driver’s license

    Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of flight boarding. Globetrotflights.com is not responsible for issues arising from insufficient identification.

4. Hotel and Accommodation Policies

  • Denial of Accommodation:
    Hotels and other accommodations reserve the right to deny service if valid identification is not provided. Globetrotflights.com bears no liability for such denials.
  • Extra Bed/Matress:
    Provisions for extra beds or mattresses are governed by hotel policy. Where a mattress is provided in lieu of an extra bed, it shall be considered an extra bed for contractual purposes.
  • Additional Charges:
    Charges for amenities such as room heaters and Wi-Fi are not included in standard packages unless explicitly stated. Payment for such services must be made directly to the hotel.

5. Program Changes, Delays, and Force Majeure

  • Globetrotflights.com is not liable for delays, alterations, or additional expenses resulting from natural hazards, weather disruptions, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdown, sickness, landslides, political unrest, or similar events outside reasonable control.

6. Airline, Flight, and Refund Policies

  • Flight Cancellations and Schedule Changes:
    We are not responsible for airline-initiated cancellations or changes. We will, however, endeavor to assist with rescheduling at no additional cost where possible.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds follow the policies and timelines of the relevant airline. Always confirm the status of your refund with our team.
  • Direct Changes and Cancellations:
    If you make changes, cancellations, or refund requests directly with the airline or hotel—without prior notification to Globetrotflights.com—our liability for assistance or refunds is nullified. All booking modifications must be processed through our official email or by calling our customer support.

7. Transport and Driver Guidelines

  • Vehicle Restrictions:
    Air conditioning (AC) may not be functional or available in hill regions or when the vehicle is stopped/parked.
  • Driver Limitations:
    Drivers are instructed not to enter “No-Entry” zones, narrow or restricted roads that may cause traffic disruptions. Standard driver service covers 10 hours daily; requests for additional service hours must be arranged in advance.
  • Vehicle Substitution:
    Globetrotflights.com reserves the right to substitute vehicles of a similar standard if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
  • Pick-up/Drop-off:
    Unless otherwise specified and confirmed in writing, pick-up and drop-off points are singular.
  • Parking and Accessibility:
    Guests may be required to cover the cost and effort of reaching remotely located parking at some tourist sites.

8. Tour and Package Limitations

  • Road and Access Restrictions:
    Certain roads and destinations (including hill stations and markets) may restrict vehicle entry. In such cases, alternate transportation costs are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Meals and Service Levels:
    Meal services will be provided as stated in your package plan.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Accidents and Loss:
    Globetrotflights.com is not responsible or liable for personal injury, loss of life, accident, theft, or property damage occurring at any point during your journey.
  • Program Cancellation:
    Free cancellation or void of a flight ticket is not permitted within 24 hours of ticket issuance.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Contractual Severability:
    If any clause within these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
  • Modifications:
    Globetrotflights.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
